Hi, I am looking through the documentation on how messages are billed in Copilot Studio.
Seems straightforward enough, each user input will incur one message spent.
May I know what is the cost of each message after the allocated monthly 25,000 messages have been used?

I am not certain, but I think that there is no plan yet for how to charge you if you exceed that quota. See the latest Licensing Guide (pages 19, 20). They make it clear that Coilot Studio has this 25k "cap" and that they will not charge you for "small" overages but will charge you if your overage is large or persistent.
So for now there is no clear answer to your question, but a reasonable guess is that they would treat it like Power Automate flow runs and just let you buy additional messages in blocks of 10k or something.
