I am the admin, but I'm not allowed to publish my power VI dashboard on an external website.

I am the admin of a one person business and also a recent user of power BI. I would like to publish my Power BI dashboard on an external website, however when trying to do so, a message popped up saying that I needed to have my admin grant me the permission. I am the admin and the only user. I could not find in the admin center any setting to allow publishing to external websites. Thank you for your help..

Hi,

The “Publish to web” is the only way of sharing Power BI content through the service. By the way how you are trying are you trying it from Web or Desktop.
