Update Lookup column

Hi All, 

I have SharePoint List which contains a Lookup column. Lookup allow multiselection. 

I want to update the Lookup column with selected values from dropdown list in Powerapps as well as to update a default values which i don't wanted to show in dropdown list.

I wanted to update the SharePoint Lookup column with values as email address, laptop, and selected values (Mobile phone or/and Teams Telephony).
