Solution Pipeline works for Users but not for Owner of Pipeline

Hi I created a pipeline and my users execute pipeline just fine, but I can't and get the error above.  I have checked all of my permissions and sharing. I cannot find this user in my tenant. 
 
 
Please help.

    Does your account have permissions for either Deloyment pipeline user or Deployment pipeline admin?

    I got it to work when I added myself to the membership of the environment.  Thank you for your quick response!
