Manifest URL of Bot framework

While adding Skill, Its asking for manifest URL. Please guide me where to find manifest URL in Bot Framework SDK. I know how to take in Composer. But, I would like to know in Bot Framework SDK.

For the SDK you'll likely be creating and publishing your own manifest (vs having the SDK publish it for you). As such, it just needs to be somewhere in the navigable web URL path for bot's content on the place you published it (app service or what have you). I believe composer defaults to publishing into wwwroot on your app service.
