Hello,
In my app all the intervenients during the workflow can upload some attachments/evidences.
Is it possible to have information about the time and who uploaded each attachment file? Like a history log together with the attachments list.
It would be great to have it in gallery, but any kind of text would be useful.

You could do a Patch to a control list OnAddFile with the name, list item ID and current user
