Hello All,
First of all thank you for your constant support.
I am facing an issue in one of the app.
So in the below app when i submit the ticket the description gets disabled and cannot be changed ,however the user wants to edit it after submitting the ticket. now as you can see the defect description datacard is disabled, but the requirement is when we click on the edit button the datacard should get enabled and become editable. also once the ticket is submitted again it should not create any duplicate ticket.
How can i do that.
