I am trying to create a multi tabbed basic form.
The tabs appear in the form builder but only the option set to main appears when browsing the page.

I have checked and it is already blank as shown on your screenshot. Thank you for trying. I can find so many tutorials for power portals but non since they renamed them to advanced forms.

Please make sure that "Tab Name" field is blank on the Basic form (aka Entity Form)
