I managed to be able to successfully import components from the PCF library by downloading either the managed or unmanaged version as a ZIP file fro, Github and them importing them in my PowerApps Solution space as a new solution. I also "ran" the solution for checking.

However, in my canvas apps I am unable to actually use them because i dont have a "Get more components" options in the "Insert tab":

In this microsoft documentation it said you need to activate the "Power Apps Component Framework for Canvas Apps" setting (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/component-framework/component-framework-for-canvas-apps), which I did, but there is still no option in the canvas app interface to import/use the PCF library component. I'm assuming by now that this was for something else. What am I missing? How can I use the PCF Library components in my canvas app, after successfully importing them into the solution space?

Apparently, Modern control are currently activate.
Export and import components is Retired into the last Updates of Power Apps.
Component libraries are now the recommended way to reuse components across apps.
Microsoft Learn isn't update for this feature.
