Is it possible to reconnect the user to a conversation with a Power Virtual Agent and retain the context and previous chat history using any rest api?

Hi

Using Power Virtual Agents, is possible to reconnect the user to a conversation, retaining both the context and previous chat history?

For example,

If the user leaves in the middle of the flow and comes back later through a different channel .How can we retrieve the previous conversation from where he is left in power virtual agent.

were you able to retrieve the previous conversation from where User left in power virtual agent.
