Hello!
Just a quick question; I used to see that power apps would allow you to assign a $5 per app license for users. Now all I see is this for pricing, did they get rid of it?
Hi @ssommer123
No they do not, its just now a little "hidden" if you check the power platform licencing guide you can find the 5 bucks plan you are looking for (page 11):https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=2085130&clcid=0x409&culture=en-us&country=us
remember that licence is per user per app per month. It provides access to a single app or portal.

Hi @ssommer123,
In August 2023 the Power Apps per App plan was removed from the main pricing page (along with pay-as-you-go).
This does not mean that per app / pay-as-you-go are no longer available altogether / have been deprecated. The Per App plan is still documented within Microsoft Learn, showcased in the Licensing Guide & available in the M365 admin center.
(For users reading this post on a later date: please refer to the official Power Platform licensing guide as this screenshot may no longer be applicable.)
@jukka-niiranen wrote a detailed blog post on the 2023 Power Platform licensing updates.
If this solves your question, would you be so kind as to accept it as a solution. ✔️
If you liked my solution, please give it a thumbs up. 👍
