Greetings everyone,
It is the first time that I work with Power Automate and the Copilot Studio, and I am in need to create a flow for a chatbot, that reads a Excel file in my Onedrive and returns the row in the chat, based in a variable that was written by the person who is to be assisted.
The flow reads this variable correctly, but it cannot find the ID based on the variable.
A quick translation of the flow bellow
1. When Power Virtual Agents call a flow
2. Get a table
3. List rows present in a table
4. Initialize a variable
5. Apply to each
5.1 Get a row
The entire flow
The error message in the image bellow, translates as "No row was found with the ID"
But in the image bellow it reads correctly the variable and search for it in the column, but can't find it and returns the error "Not Found"
It seems that the error can be from the Apply to each, but I don't trully know.
Can someone help me with this flow and even optimize it, please? If necessary I can provide more informations about the flow or post more pictures.
Best Regards,
Gabriel Macieski.
Hello @Expiscornovus ,
I don't have this option to "Filter Query" in my Power Automate List row present in a table flow.
Hi @Gabrielmac,
If you want to find a row based on the input of the chat you can use the Filter Query field of the List rows present in a table action.
Below is an example
