Hi,

I have a weird issue that I cannot solve and either I cannot work out what to search the web for to find this or I seem to be unique.

I have a gallery on a screen with three dropdown lists acting as filters. The gallery is going to be used to filter a list of news bulletins for our students to view.

Filtering options are as you can see in the screenshots, whole school, year group and form group.

The issue I am running in to is for example there are 3 news bulletins when you filter for the year 8 group, then you change that dropdown to year 7 and the results are all squashed up in one row at the top. If I select year 9 that has nothing and then go back to year 7 it works fine. This happens on any combination of filter.

What am I missing, it must be something stupid as I can't find another person having this issue?

@MSlater is that a Nested Gallery you're using? In other words, a Gallery inside another Gallery?

Hi @MSlater ,
Does your gallery is flexible height gallery? If not then can you confirm if there is any code on TemplateSize of gallery? If yes, then try to change code of TemplateSize to some fixed number like 200 and then check the behavior.

Basically as per my understanding the TemplateSize is getting reset and due to which the UI is getting disturbed.

Hi,

No just on it's own. I have attached a screenshot of the screen inputs.
the OnSelect code at the moment is this:
Filter(
LS_Student_Bulletins,
Year=v_gal_ViewBulletins_Filter Or Form=v_gal_ViewBulletins_Filter
)

the v_gal_ViewBulletins_Filter is collecting the selected value from the dropdown lists.

That was it. Stupid me I had not looked at the template size! It was still as I had dropped the gallery on the screen.
