Power App Printing Issue

Hello everyone,

I was hoping someone here could help me with the print option in the Power App canvas app. I have an application set up with "Scale to fit" turned on for an application that I will be using in various type of devices. I set up a new print screen using the portrait print screen template. However, when I click on "Print" the preview shows the page cut off in half vertically. See image below. How can I resolve this issue where it prints the elements of the page on the entire page? I am fairly new to the Power App world, so if you could please break it down to 5th grade level for me that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Select fit to printable area
Make sure Scale to fit is turned off
I hope you are using correct print function

Print(PrintScreen)

@CU04120610-0 I am using Print() function. I tried Print(PrintScreen) but I get an invalid error message. But I updated my print software and it looks like that issue is fixed. Thank you for your response.
