I I have an Excel spreadsheet as a knowledge base, which contains 150000 rows of data. AI often cannot find information from the spreadsheet and cannot provide answers. Is there any way to optimize it
For something that large your best way to optimize it would be to transfer it to a data source like a SharePoint list or Dataverse table. Those sources are indexed and provide faster retrieval and better filtering for the agent.
If it needs to stay in Excel then breaking it up into multiple smaller Excel files that are organized around specific topics should improve the retrieval.
