How to find Power Automate Row ID GUID for Account

Hi All

I'm trying to integrate Dynamics Sales SaaS to power automate and stuck in the first step trying to get the Ros ID guid. What is the meaning of Row ID and how can I find it? Search doesn't come up with anything. Do i have enable something in Dynamics Sales?

    Hi @Samantha73,

    The Row ID column is the unique ID of the row that you are retrieving.

    It is a Unique identifier column of GUID data type.

    It depends on what you are doing.

     

    • If you are running Flow directly off the Account record then it will be in the triggerbody.
    • I you need to run it across multiple records, then do a List records first, then Apply to (to loop the results) and it will be in a field called accountid
    • If its a once off and can be hard coded then copy it from the Grid shown in the earlier post, or in a Model driven App open the record and copy it from the URL bar (&id=<guid>) of your browser, or Export to Excel (first 3 columns are hidden but if you unhide them it is in Column A).
