Hi, I'm new to power platform
I want to build a bot on MS Teams to upload a file. In the Teams chat bot, the user needs to attach a file.
I have to send an email with the attached file and an additional file when the user uploads a file.

Have you tried to create a document library in SPO where all company users have access to and upload the file. Then the user just needs to paste the link to your bot and you can use the Get file content using path in Power Automate to obtain the file.
My request is to share the document from email to the chatbot
