Hello,
I have a user who has a Powerapps premium account with app for outlook. This is working fine.
The user also has a login of the info@... mailbox of the company.
The info@ mailbox is not setup as a shared mailbox. But is configured as a user with a PowerApps license and rights.
The user has the info@ account also in Outlook. The info@ account is also fully delegated to him. But he can't upload mail through the App for Outlook. It is working with other users. What can be the problem?
Or do you know a best practice on how to set this up for multiple users? There like 10 people using the info@ account
The user works on a (new) apple laptop.

To work with the Dataverse integration with Outlook, you must first verify that the mail server profile is active and then register the mailbox associated with the user.
Normally the profile is active by default
Then you enter the mailbox so that a new window can open for you.
