Power Apps Modern Info Button - Production Issue

The modern info button in Power Apps is not identified as a Preview or Experimental control (per image 1 below) and we are now experiencing display issues in production apps that use the modern info button. Text does not appropriately wrap within the info bubble and will also run off the screen (per image 2 below).

The modern Info button has a layout regression. For production apps, swap it for classic icon + custom popover or a Dialog today; both give you full control over width, wrapping, and edge flipping.

Use a classic icon + your own popover (most reliable)

Insert Icon → Information.

Add a Container that looks like a bubble (white fill, rounded, shadow).

Visible: varInfoOpen

Width: e.g. 320

X:
If(iconInfo.X + iconInfo.Width + 328 > Parent.Width,
iconInfo.X - 328,
iconInfo.X + iconInfo.Width + 8)
Y :
If(iconInfo.Y + conBubble.Height + 8 > Parent.Height,
iconInfo.Y - conBubble.Height - 8,
iconInfo.Y + 8)

Inside the container, add a Label with:

Text: your help text

Wrap: true

AutoHeight: true

Icon OnSelect:
UpdateContext({ varInfoOpen: !varInfoOpen })

Yes, same problem, when this will be fixed? I don't want to create workarounds for problems that shouldn't exist in first place. Maybe microsoft needs extra help with coding?

The fix is done and rolling out currently. It will take few days for complete rollout.

Appreciate the Microsoft response. We have not yet seen the correction flow through, modern information button text is still warped, etc. Is the rollout still in process?

We experienced the same issue where the correction did not just flow through until we republished an updated version of the app. Republishing the app allowed the correction to flow through but were also given guidance that you may also have to cut and paste back in the info buttons as another possible troubleshooting and then try republishing.
