Hello everyone,

Hope you’re having a great day!

I'm currently working on a Power Page and have developed an application in Power Apps using my login credentials. Now, I want to grant access to all users in my organization so they can log in and use the app. All users are already listed in the Azure user section.

However, when other users try to log in, they receive an error message: "Registration has been disabled. Invalid login attempt." I've tried several troubleshooting steps found online, but the issue still persists.

If anyone has any advice on how to resolve this, I’d really appreciate your help!

Thank you in advance!

Your authenticated users need to 'registered' in power pages, there could be a couple of reasons for the error:
    • The Site Settings are not set correctly to allow Registration:   https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/security/authentication/configure-site (note: if you are not allowing open registration, then you would usually use the Invitations feature - available off the command bar when in Contact record with the portal contact form which is the default form in the Power Pages Management app, to send the users an invite, that when redeemed will create a Contact record and associate it with the External Identity provider)
    • In the users are Internal Azure AD users, the App in Azure for your Site may not have been granted consent - If a O365 Global Admin attempts to sign-in to the site they will usinally get a popup that asks them for Consent and they can tick a box to grant it for the Organization also (can also be manually granted from Azure, there will be a Application for your Power Pages Site in Azure).
Note: if you are adding users inside the Designer, this is only to allow access to the site when your site (gives them Azure conditional access to be able to see your site) is in Private mode, they still need to register to be able to access as an authenticated user.

You might want to check the "Site Settings". Go to Power Pages Management, fromt he left, select "Website" > "Site Settings" and look for "Authentication/Registration/OpenRegistrationEnable" and make sure it is set to "true". There may be other settings there that are related to registration that should also be set to "true".
