Yes, just follow these steps:
1- Open this link https://github.com/yashag2255/iframePCF/blob/master/IFrameSolution_1_0_0_1_managed.zip
2- Download the zip file
3- Open your Power Apps portal
4- Open Solutions
5- Import the zip file
6- After imported, just follow this documentation to implement your chatbot: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/component-framework/component-framework-for-canvas-apps#enable-power-apps-component-framework-feature
