Our uses have license, and were able to run the apps yesterday without any issues. Today when they log in they are not able to access the app instead they get an error saying they don't have a license then asked if they want to create a trial. I removed them from the app share and then reshared the app with them and they were able to access it. When they logged out they received the error again while trying to log back in. I ran a diagnostic and it was clear of any issues. Not sure what's happing here.
Did you check if you have assigned the power app passes to the specific environment?
You mus have the passes available to be able to share the application between the users.
