Hi @Alice_Knight ,
I think that it's a temporary issue, I got the same issue on Friday.
You can see your bot working normally after publishing it, inside your channel (Teams, Demo website, Custom website or etc) you will able to test it without issues.
Thanks @renatoromao .
@Alice_Knight , please let us know if the problem still persists.

Hi, Thanks for your answer,
Once I publish it in a Teams, If i need a Modification to be done after some time, can I do it on the PA enviorment and then Re- Publish it?
OR once published its "final"
Thanks
yes, sure!
You can publish now, test and validate it, if you need to change anything or improve your chatbot, you can modify again and republish it again.
After publication, we have a delay between 0-15 minutes to make available your modification inside the Teams but works normally.
Thank you, it works in teams as it should. Quick Question, can the bot be multilingual? Like if i say hi, it replies in english or "Hola" in spanish?
You can achieve this by putting a translation engine in between. Let's say the person say Hi and you need to say Hello but before sending Hello to the person you can send it to the translation service and get the Spanish equivalent e.g. hola and then present it to the user. I am not sure how well the translation service behave but it's an idea. see this video for more details ->
Or you can have a dedicated bot for Spanish and English and before starting the journey you can ask the user which bot they want to proceed with. An example herePlease mark this as solution if it answer your question
@Alice_Knight ,
Also, we have a natural interaction inside the Power Virtual Agents with System topics (developed by Microsoft, you can't delete it) if you send in another language automatically he will understand.
You can test using the Greeting topic.
