I need to filter records on a field. Out of 3000 rows, only 3 rows have a value in this field. I tried to say cd_listid ne 'Null' and cd_listid ne ''. But I get this error "Http request failed as there is an error: 'Cannot write more bytes to the buffer than the configured maximum buffer size: 104857600.'."

Anyone have an idea on how to filter this quickly and not search all 3000 rows?

the correct syntax is

ne null

however you can use my tool Dataverse REST Builder to build OData requests against Dataverse Web API
