Keep Getting Content Filtered Error

I have recently done some changes to my agent and I keep getting the content filtered error.

Error Message: The content was filtered due to Responsible AI restrictions. Error Code: ContentFiltered Conversation Id: 0e85469f-d0ad-491d-b9d8-771343926638 Time (UTC): 2025-06-09T20:08:47.511Z

I am using a Flow which is just a power automate flow automation that retrieves text from a company OneNote notebook based on identified entities. This happens all the time when that flow is called and the Agent prompts the user to confirm a specific field.
 
Is there any fix for this?

    Two reasons this error shows up:
     
    1. You copilot studio message capacity is over (Check in Admin center)
    2. There is an error in the current flow/topic, so that generative orchestrator shows up this message (Check your flow, or OnError topic)

    @sandeep_angara Hi! Thanks for your reply. However, I can confirm that I DO have message capacity for Copilot Studio and there are NO errors in the flow. 

    A previously published agent (in Teams) before the recent updates is working fine with no issues. After the recent Copilot Studio "updates," the issue started to occur frequently.

    I am getting the same thing, though I don't even have flows in my agent. I also do not have errors in my topics. We are on a pay-go billing plan - i double checked in PP admin, and "bill to my pay-as-you-go billing plan" it activated, but I also had "draw from the avaialble capacity in the tenant" enabled, and we have no capacity in the tenant. I disabled "draw from avaiable capacity" in case that might be confusing the system, but I'm still getting the error in Teams (as is a colleague) and i've even gotten it a couple times in the Copilot studio test panel.
