We have an app that runs for 2years then suddenly this button just got an error without editing. There are 3 other buttons with the same format with just different SharePoint list sources. I just don't get why this button suddenly not working.
Is there anyone who encountered this kind of error? What is the possible reason?

I wonder if there isn't a recent update on this list structure (like a new required column).
I imagine that you want to create a new record in REM_Car_Data data source. Do you need patchResult context variable in this screen for something else or is needed only to check if the patch was successful ?
Can you change the collect function with patch function ?
