Hey everyone,
I'm encountering some issues with a PowerAutomate flow that I've set up for time off approval using Shifts, and I could really use some guidance.
Previously, everything was running smoothly until a user with administrative privileges accidentally removed the license from the account that created the flows. After restoring the license, we've run into a problem where the approval requests are not being sent out, making it impossible for us to approve time off requests.
These are the errors.
I've double-checked the settings and connections, but I can't seem to pinpoint what's causing the issue. Has anyone experienced something similar before? Any insights or suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help!

When we re-added the Business Basic license to the user, I proceeded to enter each flow and select each group because a team was created for each flow. However, it wasn't detecting the team name, only the ID. Now it detects the group name, but still seems unable to find it.
Yes, but did you leave the original connections as they were after the account was recreated, or did you go into each action (3 dots) and reselect the account?
Hello @DJ_Jamba,
Thank you for offering your assistance.
These are the configurations. Are you referring to these?
The account that the connectors are running under needs permission to all the data sources and needs to be a member or owner of the Team.
Can you double check, that is the case?
