Hello,
I am trying to create a form processing bot and I have no issues getting my documents to analyze however, the fields it believes are there are not the correct forms of data i used 14 documents. Can I manipulate the fields in which the bot recognizes to reflect the right fields. It recognizes horizontal fields however does not recognize vertical fields well.
Yes I believe it is with no pcf coding it is through the guided AI builder.

Hi,
I'm from the AI Builder team. Can you give more details about whether the 14 documents you provided are of the same layout? We currently require one model for each document template.
Also the service is still in Preview and can fail finding the right fields in your documents. Is there a possibility for you to share your documents so that we investigate why we can't extract correctly?

Sadly I am unable to share these documents but I can give detail that being able to recognize fields below where the text font is the same between the category name and the field is the difficulty.
