Hi -
Across our clients and apps, we can no longer "Connect user to this session" to remote troubleshoot a user issue. We cannot find any emails in the "Connect user to this session" experience.
Is this a known issue?

Thanks for bringing this up - this was an issue which should be addressed now in the latest release of Monitor. Please let me know if you're still experiencing this issue and I can help troubleshoot.
