i have uploaded MP4 file in sharepoint, from there how can i link to video media in powerapps .

Do you want to upload the MP4 file to Power Apps?
Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Actually, if you upload a MP4 file within a list, I suggest you save it in an Attachment column. Then you could display it in an Attachment control within an edit form
If you want to play it, you could click the file within the attachment control and you could get it download.
