Update multiple datacard with button click or default value

Hi,

Im trying to work on a "new" form that when is open either has all the values default to "yes" or when you click a button it updates the value of all the datacard within the form.  Nothing i have looked at seems to work; they all have the same options of yes or no.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how this can be done?

    Hi,

If you're just looking to have the values all be "yes" when you first open the form, you can use the Default value and set that to "Yes".

    Hi,

Could you attach a screenshot of your form? Maybe I can pick out the error from that.

Out of interest, instead of setting default to yes, can you try to set DefaultSelectedItems to yes and see if that works?

Could you format the yes like this?

    ["Yes"]

i feel very stupid, thank you that works!, I dont suppose you would know how to have a button set all the values to that?

    No mistakes are stupid!

You could use a variable. Set the DefaultSelectedValue as varName and set the button onclick to Set(varName,"Yes"). That might work. It might need to be set as Set(varName,["Yes"]).
