Provide a Whatsapp channel

Hello,

Whatsapp is one of the major messaging platforms nowadays, and we have some clients interested in having a virtual assistant channel over it. 

Would be useful to have PVA / BOTs natively support Whatsapp direct communication.

    Channels as from any service, Whatsapp one of them, TicToc etc. Snapchat template ready to publish, if there osn’t one already.

    1. Click Add Channel. The New Channel page is displayed.
    2. Select WhatsApp: Service from the Channel Type drop-down list.
    3. Choose Genesys Engage Premise from the Platform drop-down list.
    4. Enter your business phone number in the Business Phone Number field. Important. ...
