I tried submitting a support ticket for these but it won't allow me 😞 so trying here in case a staff member sees this and for the benefit of someone experiencing something similar.

Both of these are happening on my published Bot in Teams.

And just to be clear I have made sure to publish my changes and wait for at least 1hr for the update to take place.

My first issue is that :

PVA is skipping a question within a topic.

For example when I was redirected to my topic "New Ticket" it skipped the question "Is the information provided correct" and it triggered my flow "CreateTicketMainFlow" right away.

Second issue:

when I trigger the topic"New Ticket" and I fill out all the variables, the first time works fine but if I re-trigger this topic it immediately calls my CreateTicketMainFlow with the same inputs from the first time.

HI @F_Quint ,

The support ticket is allowed only for admins.

Regarding your issue, you can solve opening your topic, select the configuration (...) of your question and configure to not skip when the user send a message.

@renatoromao Any way you could bump these questions up to the PVA staff?

regarding your comment (for my 1st issue) I did not set up this question to be skipped (see below).

I'm also still experiencing the second issue where re-using a trigger phrase calls and executes an action with the same inputs of the previous call.
