is there way to query data from system view on form load?

    Can you provide an example of what you want to achieve in more detail?

    You can use JavaScript Xrm.WebApi.retrieveMultipleRecords function on onLoad event to get the set of Dataverse records based on OData or FetchXML query. See the documentation and examples here.

    You will need just to add a subgrid to your form.
