What is recommended practise to implement different Dev, Test and Prod environments?

I suppose there are one O365 account per tenant.

    Hello, this is an interesting area and quite a large question, there are several factors that influence so it usually looks a bit different. There is quite a lot of good material that Microsoft has published.

    Here is a lot of good information about environments, governance, adoption.
