Hi masters,
I've recently migrated a solution with power app, dataverse tables, automate flows and everything required into a client's environment. However, the client encountered the issue of not being able to play/ use the application even after configuring all of the connections. PowerApps also show the message posted as below:
"It looks like this app isn't compliant with the latest data loss prevention policies. Policy Name: Custom Connectors Business connector: shared_office365users cannot be used with non-business connector: / providers/microsoft_powerapps/apis/shared_commondataservice. Business connector: shared_office365 cannot be used with non-business connector: / providers/microsoft_powerapps/apis/shared_commondataservice."
The built of the powerapps doesn't require custom connectors. All we used are just Office365Users, Office365Outlook, Dataverse tables, and Collection that built in the app itself.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? What are the solution we can try to resolve on this issue?
Thank you in advance!
Hi @Xinlin ,
It looks like the Office365Users connector is in the business group and the dataverse connector is in the non-business group.
According to the definition of DLP, different groups of connectors cannot be used in the same app.
