Bot icons in Teams do not update

I've successfully installed my bot as an app in Teams (for testing still) and then updated the branding (icons) of my bot.

However, even though the icons show up under "App details" (both the "full colour" and the "transparent outline" ones), the icons on the chat conversation with the both did not update.

It seems that the accent colour did update as it sometimes flashes the accent colour (maroon) when hovering over the chatbot icon in the Teams chat.

Any idea how to get the icons to work? Or do I need to delete the bot and re-publish it for it to work?

Hi @mhorn30 ,

Today, it's not possible to update the icon inside the Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft is working on it and will be available soon.

I tried to change the Icon / Colour as explained here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/teams/publication-add-bot-to-microsoft-teams-teams
Then PVA tries to save the changes.. But even after 30 minutes.. it is not saved.
Do you have any solution for this issue?
