conexion de cognitive services orchestation in pva

Hi, 

I am trying to integrate the cognitive services for lenguage orchestrator into the pva flow. Is this possible? or I must try to integrate the bot services within a pva. I also have the doubt if I can make an api call to the language service within bot framework to return the result. I stay tuned.
