Error when retrieving data from the network

I have 1 user out of a 600 user group that is having an issue with a PowerApp saying "Error when retrieving data from the network" I have tried to create a monitoring session but nothing is coming up at all.
 
I have tried the following:
 
  1.  Permissions are correct
  2.  Given elevated permissions to see if this resolves no luck
  3.  Cache cleared
  4.  Network checked and tried on multiple devices
I cannot see a reason why this would happen.

    The error "Error when retrieving data from the network" for a single user suggests that the issue might be specific to their environment or account configuration. Below are some troubleshooting which might help in resolving the issue:
    1. Verify User Account Settings - Ensure the user is logging into the Power App with the correct account that has permissions for the data source.
    2. Check User Licensing - Ensure the user has the correct license to access Power Apps and any connected services (e.g., Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, etc.).
    3. Test with Different Power Apps - Ask the user to access a different Power App that uses the same data source. If the issue persists, the problem is likely tied to their access to the data source rather than the app itself.
    4. Network-Specific Troubleshooting - 
      1.  Check if the user is behind a VPN or proxy that might block or interfere with data requests.
      2.  Ask the user to connect to a different Wi-Fi or mobile network and retry.
    5. Browser specific Issue: Request the user to check on a different browser and also in Incognito/Private mode.
