Hi PowerApps community,

I have developed an app for a small org, around 7 users. All users have an Office 365 A3 for faculty license which includes Dataverse. I have one PowerApps premium license which is being used by the developer. Can the 365 A3 users use the app developed by the PowerApps premium user? Will all app features be accessible, assuming the only connector I am using is for Dataverse?

No its not going to work, your A3 users can use the app but wont be able to use dataverse, that may lead to users not being able to access data, because dataverse its a premium connector.

if you users are going to use only one app and you are looking for a cheaper solution you can consider is to buy power app passes instead of premium licence
