Hello everybody,

I'm looking for an idea, individual words such as Encrypt an email address or a name in an app (numeric code or something) in order to then save it in a Sharepoint list and later display it decrypted in the app on another page.

Sounds strange, but the reason for this is that I have to give all users of the app the edit release for the Sharepont list, these users are not allowed to see the entries of other users in the SP list according to German property law. This is about sensitive data.

Hi @Robertjde ,

The best you could do here is to either set the SharePoint row level permissions that users can only see items they created, or do the same filter in Power Apps.

Agreed with Warren, you can restrict users to see their data only on sharepoint level by going into Sharepoint list settings -->advance settings. please see attached
