Yesterday there was a release that the basic copilot chat that comes with window/bing was going to allow you to start uploading and compare/summarize documents via agents for free. Which previously you could only do with the full paid 365 copilot.
The development question here is I have Copilot studio- fully licensed etc. I cannot find any way to add this functionality into my bot.
I know that I could use the old workaround where, I connect to a storage account with a workflow, and use an adaptive card, have my user basically upload the doc to storage and then connect to a 3rd party service in the backend to do the summarize/compare work, etc.
I am looking for how to implement this 'new method' they are discussing in the articles here. How can I get the ability for users to easily upload docs to summarize and compare in my bots that I create in copilot studio. Is it something that just hasnt been released yet? I do not see anything remotely close to this listed in future releases, so its very vague as to if it has or ever will be added, nor is there info on how.
Let me know if anyone out there has more info! https://www.techradar.com/pro/new-microsoft-365-ai-offering-means-all-your-workers-can-use-copilot-for-free https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/technology/microsoft-relaunches-copilot-for-business-with-free-ai-chat-and-pay-as-you-go-agents/ar-AA1xfrid?ocid=BingNewsSerp
