I've been trying to figure out how can I achieve to ingest multiple websites in Power Virtual Agents using 'Create generative answers'. User's provided me 18 websites that needs to be ingested to the chatbot. I tried using custom Bing search so i could ingest them all and scan the information from all the 18 sources in one process but it doesn't give me accurate answers compare to the 'Create generative answers' inside the studio. Can you suggest wheater there's a workaround to achieve the below?1. query and scan all the 18 websites to run in 1 process then provide the most relevant and accurate answers.
2. I dont want to go to the path where I need to divide the sources into 4 parts and configure them in sequential order.Issues I am having:
- it stops searching throughout the sources when it finds the relevant information, like in sequential order(switch statement).
Hi @John1019,
Using Bing Custom Search is probably the best approach if you can't reduce the list of 18 websites.
I'm curious to know what you mean exactly when you say it doesn't provide accurate results? Is the content properly indexed?
Is the data available in any other format that could consolidated somewhere?
Henry
Hi @HenryJammes ,Thanks for your reply, i just said it based on my testing, and the blog that i have read. - Bing does not provide much accurate answer than OpenAi.- Bing gives me outdated details like data from previous years rather than updated one .(And I assume MS OpenAI filters out the updated details based on their documentation)
