Hi Members!

I am facing an unusual issue with one of my Dataverse Table.
I have a table called "TaskEntries" within an environment "Management"
There is a solution created in the environment named "TaskManagement" and it has an app, some other tables and few flows as well.

All the connection references are also there.

The "TaskEntries" table is also within the Solution.

Thing is I cannot edit / view data of the table "TaskEntries" when I try from within the solution.
Outside the solution, I am able to edit the table.
There are no Security roles and I tried everything from assigning roles like system adminstrator, environment maker, system customizer etc.

When I open the table within the solution, it just says "Something went wrong We weren't able to open your table. Try reloading or reopening."
I even removed and added the table from the solution.

Don't know whether the issue is with the table or solution

Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Is this a virtual table or a Dataverse table?  I see this type of error listed with virtual tables here (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/limits-tshoot-virtual-tables?tabs=sql#for-each-data-source) based on issues with the key but that wouldn't explain why it would work outside of the solution.

Here are some steps you can take to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue with the "TaskEntries" table in your Dataverse Solution:

    1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, issues can arise due to browser caching. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reopen the solution and see if the problem persists.

    2. Solution Dependencies: Check if any dependencies of the "TaskEntries" table, such as fields or entities, have been inadvertently removed or modified in a way that causes conflicts within the solution.

    3. Data Type Compatibility: Ensure that the data types of the fields in the "TaskEntries" table are compatible with the fields in other tables and the flows in the solution. Mismatches in data types can sometimes cause issues.

    4. Solution Validation: Use the solution validation feature to identify any issues within the solution that might be causing the problem. This can be accessed by going to the Solution and selecting "Validation" from the top menu.

    Hi @dpoggemann
No this is not a virtual table
Its a standard table with change tracking disabled
