LOOK-UP ERROR

Hello,
I'm having trouble making the PowerApps Look-Up function work.
I want to look up cities, states, and zip codes. Can a lookup function be added to an already built Power app since these three fields were drop-down? Is there a way to build a lookup using these three?

Is there a way to solve this?

where exactly do you want to store the values of the lookup? And yes you can add the lookup to an already existing app

Want to Lookup City + State + Zip-code but allow to be filled in. This is the current requirement for the app.
Would you kindly offer a quick fix?
