Hey, I'm trying to get a solution imported that's sent to me from a client so I can look over some stuff that they've done. Without fail the solution refuses to import and errors out. I've attached a screenshot but can't attach the logs downloaded from the import as xml isn't supported. Let me know if anyone has any ideas.

Can you open the error xml file and take screen shot from the error?
This is the only relevant part of the XML that I can find. Seems like a permission issue but I have no idea what would cause that.
It looks like Permission issue do you have system administrator role?
