Hi,
Really quick and simple question to which I can't find a direct answer online. If a PowerApp uses a flow that the owner has set to use their connection reference in the Run-Only User section of the flow rather than the default selection of "Provided by the Run-Only User". Do the flows runs count against the Owners Automate License limits or the Users?
