Sending anonymous email using the Mail connector

Hi everyone,

I am building an app where it allows user to send anonymous email to HR using the Mail connector.

So the requirement is that the organization must not be able to trace the email when someone sends it through the app. How reliable is the Mail connector? Can it be traced by the IT department?

Also, in power automate, if you select the Mail connector, you're prompted with the below. It seems like this connector is also manged by a 3rd party. Do they keep a copy of the email that is sent via the Mail connector?

@KevinGador - I've done a rough workaround where the user triggers a flow from within an app, but have the flow set to run as a service account in the 'Run only' settings of the flow.

At the end of the day there's always going to be a way to see exactly who was using the app at that exact time, who triggered the flow etc if you dig deep enough, so I wouldn't rely on Power Apps for total anonymity
