Using Azure AD integrated Athentication when connected to Azure SQL

Hello,

I need help to have a solid understanding of using Azure AD Authentication with Azure SQL DB to help with my designing process for a PowerApps Application.

I have this scenario:

Datasource is in Azure SQL Server.
The Policy is to use Azure AD Integrated for Authentication (NO IMPLICIT SHARING ALLOWED).
The app users will have to use their Azure AD Credentials to allow connection with Azure SQL DB.
The app will be shared with multiple Azure AD groups/users.
How to allow the app's main developer (owner) to have access to edit the tables in the database (ie. edit/add/delete tables, columns, or change columns datatypes).
How to allow the users who will use the apps to ONLY create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) records from the database tables.

You'll need to set the permissions on the Azure SQL for your users and developer. If you are using an Azure AD group for your users then that group can be used in both the Power App and Azure SQL. This way when you need to add or remove a user you only need to do it once and the permissions in both the App and Azure SQL will be updated.
