Hello,
I have a SharePoint list that is populated via a PowerApps form. However, when I go to the site on Safari and hit New, the form does not open.
Are PowerApps forms not optimized for mobile?

I've made a similar test and not met the same problem like your description.
I create a sharepoint list cuztom form and could open it by using my mobile phone.
Please try to clear your browser's cache and update your browser to the latest version.
Please check your mobile phone's system to see whether it mee the requirements:

Also, try another browser or mobile phone to see whether you could open sharepoint custom form.

Thank you! Now to just figure out the size of the form...when it opens in the browser on my phone I can't see the entire thing
